1. We have a urgent long-term requirement for a support person to handle our UK customer support - Inbound.
- The person should have a very good command over english(written/verbal).
- Handle Incoming customer calls.
- He/she should have basic knowledge of computers, to handle emails etc.
- Preferably, looking for a 2 male candidates from in and around Navi-Mumbai area.
- Best Salary.
- Office timings would be 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM, monday to friday only. No Shifts.
- Candidates having 2/4 months experience will be preferred. Freshers can also apply.

2. MCSE, CCNA, CCNP (URGENT)
Experience Desired: Min. 2 years managing remote networks
Certifications Required: MCSE/CCNA/CCNP
Other Experience: 2+ years of strong work on remote desktop management
and Network Administration with good trouble shooting skills. Cisco router
experience, along with strong Windows 2003 Active Directory and Exchange
2003 experience. Experience on Citrix will be an advantage.
The selected candidate would be working on Remote Networks in US from
our office in New Bombay.
