The challenge

A UK company with a vision and an extreme focus in the local and overseas recruitment industry, Virtual Recruitment (VR), wanted a pool of resources to get their innovative ideas IT Enabled. The challenge was to e-enable their recruitment processes with associated small costs compared to the local pricing models. The solution was to include advanced features like audio, video conferencing over the internet channels to e-enable their offshore recruitment drives.

The Solution


CoEfficient stepped in to form an offshore development team for VR. The team fully operates on directions from the project manager appointed by VR. It is a virtual extension of the development office of VR.

The teams on both sides of the world (UK and India) as shown in the figure below, communicate through various communication channels like internet, phone, chat, project rooms etc on a regular basis thus reducing data loss and inducing clarity in the processes and expectations
